You will never have a rusted cutting platform of your machine again, thanks to the Plexiglass surface that easily lifts away. The plexiglass has 4 drainage holes to keep water/oil in the lower reservoir, and adjustable feet let you ensure the tilt is correct for the drainage, even if you are not on a perfectly level surface.
The Trimmaster also comes with spacers for the plexiglass cover that allow you to raise it over the edge of the cutting platform for cutting larger material. There is also a removable, straight-edge guide included for consistent and accurate cutting.

EM-1 Machine
The Everything machine is FOUR machines in 1. The EM-1 can be used for grinding, sanding, and polishing stones. It has a 6" trim saw for cutting. It features attachments for metalsmiths to create jewelry, and a flexible shaft suitable for both carving and fine metal work. The arbor and motor sits on a waterproofed veneer stand with an accessory drawer.

Our SAWMASTER 18’’ Large Cutting machine from Rhino Lapidary
is designed for cutting all kinds of materials such as gemstones, marble, ceramics, glass and granite in a fast, safe and standard way in the desired thickness. Thanks to the high technology and durable materials used in our machine, you can cut without any problems for years.
A key feature in this machine are patented longitudinal, anti-vibration, sealed bearings which provide a wiggle-free vice. This makes your cut less prone to breaking and extensive saw-marks, even at a thickness of 1.5mm.
Cutting speed is 8mm/min (1 inch in 3 minutes). In addition, with the Auto-Feed system, patented by Rhino Lapidary, when the saw gets tired or cannot cut for any reason, the vice advancement system automatically slows down and reduces the load of the saw. This extends the life of your saw. It prevents damages such as jamming and breaking caused by user errors. It also protects the motor by slowing down the cutting when necessary and prevents it from heating and burning.
In addition, the machine has an automatic stop feature in place for when the cutting is finished or if the cover is opened while it is working. All parts are CE and TSEK certified.
