Our SAWMASTER 18’’ Large Cutting machine is designed for cutting all kinds of materials such as gemstones, marble, ceramics, glass and granite in a fast, safe and standard way in the desired thickness. Thanks to the high technology and durable materials used in our machine, you can cut without any problems for years. When compared to its counterparts, its zero-error vice allows it to cut without breaking at a thickness of 1.5 mm. It makes vibration-free cutting with high-tech linear sealed bearings used in vice movement elements and never leaves saw marks on the cut plates. Cutting speed is 20mm/min. This speed makes it a faster machine than all its counterparts in the world. In addition, with the Auto Feed system in our machine, the patent of which belongs to our company, when the saw gets tired or cannot cut for any reason, the vice advancement system automatically slows down and reduces the load of the saw. This extends the life of your saw. It prevents damages such as jamming and breaking caused by user errors. It also protects the motor by slowing down the cutting when necessary and prevents it from heating and burning. In addition, our machine has an automatic stop feature when the cutting is finished and the cover is opened while it is working. All parts we use in our machine are CE and TSEK certified. For this reason, our machine is different from its counterparts and is preferred by our customers.
